Payment
San Diego Forms and Labels accepts American Express®, Visa and Mastercard.
Accounts
To set up an open account with San Diego Forms and Labels, fax your credit references and bank information.
Shipping
Items are shipped via UPS Ground.
If you would like us to ship under your UPS account, there will be a $3.50 UPS collect fee charged.
Return Policy
Stock items may be returned within 30 days under the following conditions:
- The package seals are not broken.
- Customer pays the return freight.
- A 15% restocking charge applies (minimum $10.00).
*Custom items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
